Bonus Chapter - Oh My Love
The young boy looked down on the mess he had made. The blood pooled on the ground between his legs, the rabbit in the centre no longer moving. He wiped the small kitchen knife on the pelt until it was clean and put it into his school bag, hidden away in a seam at the bottom. Then he stood up and walked away.
The young girl screamed as she stepped into her house’s backyard to look after her pet rabbit. It lay there dead in a pool of blood. She screamed and screamed, but her parents weren’t home, nor were the neighbours. During the day, the hardworking people of Rearmond Lane were doing exactly that. After a while, the boy from across the street came over and comforted her.

The teenage girl screamed as she stepped into her little brother’s room to look after him while her parents were out for dinner. It lay there dead in a pool of blood. She screamed and screamed, and the boy from across the street who had been visiting her came into the room and comforted her.

Liverpool Prison, August 8th, 5:03 local time. Daniel “Jack” Miller, inmate 73409, lay in his bed, sleeping soundly. “ You can have her back,” a dream whispered to him. “You can make her bleed again. Over and over.”
Liverpool Prison, August 8th, 7:16 local time. Officer Jameson rang the alarm when he found cell 01-A-12, assigned to inmate 73409 empty, except for a pool of blood on the floor, at the morning roll call. A DNA analysis of the blood would later show it belonging to the murderer’s last victim, an Emily Collins.
