After a life of isolation in the toxic wasteland known as the Forgotten Heap, Jackie's sole desire is to fill their life with as many friends as possible, be they monsters, pirates, or future kings. To that end, they'll slay beasts or topple nations; the fact that Humans are at the bottom of the food chain is irrelevant.

Their journey makes one thing clear: Humans went "extinct" for a reason. Their disappearance was arranged, and an entire era of history has vanished from records and minds alike to hide the truth.

If Jackie and co. want to survive—and to live the happy lives they desire—they have no choice but to unravel the mystery of their own disappearance. In a world populated by races of mythological creatures, the weakest race with no combat power will do whatever it takes to overcome extinction.
